PROCESSING TIME
All orders require 2–3 business days for processing before shipment.
Processing times may be extended during:
- New releases
- High-volume drops
- Holidays

SHIPPING OPTIONS
READY-TO-WEAR (NON-CUSTOM ITEMS)
- Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
- Priority Shipping: 3–5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
CUSTOM / MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
Custom pieces require production time before shipping.
- Production time: ~1 week (7 days)
- Shipping begins after production is complete
Shipping speeds:
- Standard: ~2 weeks total
- Priority: 5–8 business days
- Rush: 3–5 business days
Delivery time includes both production + shipping
If a piece requires additional time, it will be clearly stated in the product description.
Please read all product details before purchasing.
TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY
CREATIVE DRIP is not responsible for:
- Lost packages
- Stolen packages
- Delays caused by the carrier
All risks associated with shipping are assumed by the courier and customer.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- All prices are listed in USD
- Orders are shipped via DHL Express Worldwide
International delivery times may vary depending on location and customs processing.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
International customers are responsible for:
- Import taxes
- Customs duties
- Additional fees required by their country
These charges are:
- Not included in your order total
- Non-refundable
If a package is refused due to customs fees:
- Original shipping costs will not be refunded
- Return shipping fees may apply
