ALL SALES POLICY
All items are final sale due to the custom and made-to-order nature of Creative Drip pieces.
Each garment is individually crafted, making every item unique and produced with intention.
EXCHANGES (SIZE ONLY – NON-CUSTOM ITEMS)
We offer size exchanges only on select ready-to-ship (non-custom) items.
- Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition with tags and packaging
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
All custom, personalized, or made-to-order pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
This includes:
- Custom sizing
- Design modifications
- One-of-one pieces
Please review all details carefully before placing your order.
DAMAGES / ORDER ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns or exchanges on:
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Sale items
- Gift cards
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Refunds are only issued if:
- The item is defective
- The wrong item was sent
If approved:
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank
EU ORDERS
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU regulations.
Items must still be:
- Unworn
- In original condition
- Properly packaged
Custom items are still excluded.
