CREATIVE DRIP will email you with updates and tracking information once your order has shipped.
CREATIVE DRIP is not responsible for items lost or stolen during transit. All risks associated are assumed by the courier and consumer. Please direct all questions and concerns to support@creativedrip.shop.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

All prices on our site are in US dollars. Your credit card company will bill you with your local currency at the current exchange rate.

All INTL orders are shipped via DHL express Worldwide. Our shipping policy above applies to all orders. 

 When ordering outside of United States of America, the recipient is responsible for assuring the product can be legally imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. 

 The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. CREATIVE DRIP has no control over these charges, nor can CREATIVE DRIP predict what they may be. 

Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: so a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.

Returns

All sales are final. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the items you have received, please contact support@creativedrip.shop. To properly assist you, please include your name and order number in the subject line.  
Exchanges

To qualify for an exchange, you must initiate contact within 5 days of your delivery date. To request an exchange, email "support@creativedrip.shop" with details regarding your request. Include your order number and contact information within the email.

 Product must be unworn, unwashed, free of makeup stains, deodorant, wear, and contain original packaging to qualify. CREATIVE DRIP reserves the right to deny any requests that do not meet our policy.

 Original shipping fees are non-refundable and exchange shipping cost is the responsibility of the consumer. Please keep proof of postage until your exchange is finalized.
